A home-made vegetarian salad

I call this “Përzierje” (Albanian for blend or mixture). I invented it and claim the patent :). Mix together finely chopped boiled potato, goat’s cheese, tabuleh and cold Egyptian ful. Add olives and other seasoning to taste. Serve with either garlic paste or humus. You need a good përzierje knife (pictured).
